About Gettysburg Remembered

Northern Major General John Sedgwick Equestrian Statue. H.K. Bush-Brown Sculptor, dedicated June 19th, 1913Northern Major General John Sedgwick Equestrian Statue. H.K. Bush-Brown Sculptor, dedicated June 19th, 1913
My original website Gettysburg Sculptures was a way to document the bronze statutes and their sculptors on the battlefield. These magnificent works of art and the sculptors that created them needed to be discussed. As Gettysburg Sculptures grew over the years I found myself adding what I considered interesting items that were not focused on the bronze statues. I created a "Then and Now" page, and focused on details of the bronze statues and their locations.
When I received notification from Yahoo that because of changes to their hosting software I would not be able to update my site it was time for something new. So here we are.
With this new site I will continue to document monuments but also to present new and interesting topics. I appreciate your interest.
You can still access Gettysburgsculptures.com
